The hotel was a great find in the Mannheim area, conveniently located near the autobahn. Despite being situated in a residential area, it offered a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The breakfast provided was of high quality and plentiful, offering a great start to the day.

Good nice room with enough space

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the family room and the added bonus of a kitchenette. It was so convenient to have a place to make my morning and evening tea. The breakfast at the hotel was also quite good and the staff at the restaurant were helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, with a nearby supermarket and a pizzeria right next door. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stop during your travels.

Breakfast was nice and early served, rooms had kitchen equipment altough I did not use.

Hotel room and bathroom were not cleaned properly.Parking place is very limited, approach too.

The internet is free however it diconnects every 1 hour and you need to type in a new free user and password.

The kitchenette had all the basic amenities and the breakfast was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. the hotel's location was convenient for sight-seeing and there were nice shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was cramped and there was minimal storage space. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and it was frustrating to have to keep logging in.

The hotel was mediocre, although almost worth the money.

The room lacked air condition, hence the room was very very warm! And when having the window open, the very noisy street outside certainly presented itself (which was especially irritating in the late evening and the early morning). The extra bed had metal springs sticking out!
